Begin Park covers about 8,000 dunams on the western slopes of the Jerusalem mountains, south of Nahal Refaim; the historic Jaffa-Jerusalem rail line route runs through it. KKL-JNF is developing it as a forested open area with walking and cycling trails, scenic lookouts and springs including Ein Kobi.
